Garden House is a very spacious open plan apartment located on Dreamers 5 acre resort property. This apartment is perfect for up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

If you have more than 8 guests you can also book our smaller Glasshouse chalet (for an aditional 4 people) and all spend time and eat together in this apartment.

There are two large outdoor spaces for daytime or evening chill out over the summer months.

The fenced yard houses a private hot tub (not spa as there are no jets). Just fill the hot tub/outdoor shower with fresh hot water when you are ready for your tub. Outdoor tub towels are supplied.

The private fenced and gated yard is perfect for children to safely play with a few play equipment provided and we do allow you to bring 1 small to medium size dog but no cats and no large dogs, as long as you advise us in advance and fee is $30 per stay.

The front courtyard is the main property entrance with outdoor dining, BBQ, outdoor fire and sitting area.

Off the main living area in the Garden House is the lower floor bathroom and one of the 3 bedrooms. This family room has 1 x Double bed and 2 single beds (one of these is a trundle single).

The 2 master bedrooms are up on the 2nd floor and each feature 1 x Queen bed and share the top floor bathroom with walk in shower and large soak bath overlooking the mountains.

French country linens are provided on all beds along with fluffy white towels and robes.

The Garden House is a unique space as it is a converted cafe and features a coffee machine and a beautiful marble bar to serve yourselves cocktails in the evening.

Due to the unique styling and design of this apartment if you like mainstream accommodation apartment style this apartment may not suit.

A sunken conservatory houses all the indoor plants and an extremely unique tree couch wraps around the cosy winter stone fireplace. All firewood is supplied for stays between mid April and mid October.

The fully equipped galley kitchen is just off the living area and a large timber slab dining table fits perfectly in the dining space.

There is reverse cycle airconditioning and TV netflix.

The shared summer use pool is a short 10m walk. It is not heated over winter.

There is plenty of parking for up to 4 cars right out the front of apartment.
