Tree Tops is an adjoining apartment to Garden House Apartment and can be rented together to sleep up to 15 people, but you must call or email me (Wendy) to arrange. Tree Tops does not have a private yard or hot tub, but the adjoining Garden House has both. You can only use the Garden House outdoor facilities if you rent both. ALL Dreamers properties have summer use of the pool, lagoon, and Dreamers‘ 5-acre recreation land.

Tree Tops is a comfy and unique 2-storey apartment featuring 2.5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all located on the lower floor. The entrance is also located on the lower floor.

A wide central staircase leads to the first-floor living | kitchen | lounge | outdoor balcony space with great views through the winter deciduous tree tops to the snow-capped mountains.

Tree Tops sleeps 5 people very comfortably but can sleep 6.  The north-facing master bedroom features a private entry through glass sliding doors off the lower floor courtyard. It has a Queen size bed with cozy French linen and warm winter doonas.

The 2nd bedroom is great for sleepers that require a dark space and has 3 single beds, also with French linens and cozy doonas, and opens through to the main bathroom. The .5 bedroom is located right at the entrance to the apartment, so it is not very private, but it is there if you wish to use it and has a cozy double bed. NB. We do not classify this as one of the allotted bedrooms.

One bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, wash basin, mirror, toiletries and electric towel dryer.

The second brand new bathroom features a soak bath (with shower over), toilet, wash basin, mirror, toiletries and electric towel dryer.

Also located on the lower floor is the office with a specified computer desk and laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

The double car park is located right at the entrance to the apartment.

The full kitchen with coffee machine, has all the amenities you would require and a few basic pantry goods such as oil, salt, pepper, stocks, and sauces.

The adjoining dining area has a small dining area with views to Dreamers‘ 5-acre property and an alternate larger dining area on the balcony where a BBQ and pizza oven are located.

The cozy lounge area features a log fire, leather couch, TV and free Netflix. All firewood is provided and included for your winter stay.

Electric heating is provided in all bedrooms and living areas.

Internet is available free of charge.

We do allow you to bring 1 small to medium size dog but no cats and no large dogs, as long as you advise us in advance and fee is $30 per stay.
